Attended (Trent & McGill) studied physical geography, math and physics. He worked for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, Management Board and Lands and Waters I&IT Cluster, finishing a 32-year career in the position of Director Strategic Planning and Architecture.  Nine years in private sector management consulting followed.

He cares deeply about this planet’s future and supports personal and community action and voices as tools to make a positive difference and nudge upper level governments to greater action. He and Sophie have lived in our community since 2007 and enjoy sailing on Lake Simcoe, camping and other outdoor and nature related activities.
