Sustainable Orillia’s 2022 Art Competition invited community artists and students, from local secondary
and elementary schools to share their creative vision of what Orillia could be like in 2050 – as a sustainable community. Over thirty submissions were received and thirteen were selected to be part of Sustainable Orillia’s 2023 Calendar. There were cash prizes and a formal presentation for all the winners before the end of term in June 2022.
We’re pleased to present many of the submissions from the 2022 competition and look forward to reporting on and sharing the results from our 2023 Student Art Competition … celebrating Biodiversity – It’s all Around Us.
